Semiconductor series
Our product lineup in the semiconductor manufacturing process includes probe card for testing the electrical characteristics of wafers, testing equipment called IC tester, test socket for post-package characteristics testing, and wafer prober for evaluation and analysis in the R & D process.
Display series
In the FPD field, we provide products for testing the electrical characteristics of flat panel display (FPD) and probe units for sending electrical signals to the testing panel.
